  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder

  • Variation 2: For Stir-Fry & Salad Strips
  • 3 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Ginger freshly grated
  • 1 tbsp Sesame Oil
  • 2 cups Mixed Vegetables broccoli, bell peppers, carrots
  • Variation 3: For Balsamic Glaze
  • ΒΌ cup Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Honey

Method

  1. Step 1: Prep the Meat (Crucial Step)
  2. Pat the sirloin steak completely dry with a paper towel.
  3. Season generously with sea salt, black pepper, and a pinch of garlic powder on both sides. If making stir-fry, slice into thin strips against the grain first.
  4. Step 2: Choose Your Cooking Style (Pick One Below)
  5. Option A: Classic Garlic Butter Sirloin
  6. Heat a heavy skillet over medium-high heat with 1 tbsp olive oil.
  7. Sear the steak for 3-4 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
  8. Turn heat to low, add 2 tbsp butter, minced garlic, and fresh herbs. Spoon the melted butter repeatedly over the steak for 1 minute.
  9. Option B: Sirloin Stir-Fry Strips
  10. Marinate your sirloin steak strips in soy sauce, ginger, and sesame oil for 15 minutes.
  11. Heat a wok on high heat with oil and flash-fry the strips for 2-3 minutes; set aside.
  12. Toss in your favorite vegetables, stir-fry until tender-crisp, then mix the beef back in.
  13. Option C: Balsamic Glazed Sirloin
  14. Pan-sear the seasoned steaks for 3-4 minutes per side, then remove from the pan to rest.
  15. Pour balsamic vinegar and honey into the hot skillet, stirring quickly to deglaze and reduce into a thick glaze.
  16. Return the steak to the pan, coat beautifully with the glaze, and serve.
  17. Step 3: The Resting Phase
  18. Always remove the beef sirloin dishes from the heat source and let the meat rest for 5 full minutes before slicing. This locks in the juices and guarantees a melt-in-your-mouth texture.
