  • 3 tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp Dried Oregano
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • ½ tsp Sea Salt
  • ¼ tsp Black Pepper

Method
 

  1. Prep Garlic: Finely crush or mince one fresh clove of garlic.
  2. Combine Acids & Spices: In a small bowl or jar, whisk together the red wine vinegar, fresh lemon juice, minced garlic, dried oregano, sea salt, and black pepper.
  3. Let It Bloom: Allow the spice mixture to sit for 2 minutes so the vinegar can soften the raw garlic edge and rehydrate the oregano.
  4. Emulsify: Slowly drizzle in the extra virgin olive oil while whisking continuously until cloudy and perfectly combined.
