Instructions:
Soak: Milk aur breadcrumbs ko aik bowl mein 5 minutes ke liye chor dein.
Mix: Beef, pork, grated onion, garlic, egg, aur spices (allspice, nutmeg) ko breadcrumbs ke sath mix karein. Tip: Over-mix na karein.
Shape: 1-inch ke chote meatballs banayein aur plate par rakh kar 30 mins ke liye chill karein.
Fry: Skillet mein butter/oil garam karein aur meatballs ko har taraf se brown hone tak cook karein. Phir nikal kar side par rakh dein.
Roux: Usi pan mein butter melt karein, flour add karein aur 2 mins tak pakaein.
Simmer: Ahista se beef broth whisk karein, phir heavy cream aur mustard add karein. Jab sauce garha (thick) ho jaye, to meatballs wapas dal dein.
Finish: 5 minutes tak halki aanch par pakaein aur mashed potatoes ya lingonberry jam ke sath serve karein.
