Instructions:
Whisk Wet Ingredients: Ek bowl mein eggs, milk, aur melted butter ko whisk karein jab tak wo smooth na ho jayein.
Add Dry Ingredients: Flour, sugar, aur salt ko ahista se sift (chaan kar) wet mixture mein shamil karein. Stir karte rahein taake koi lumps (guthliyan) na banein.
Rest the Batter: (Pro-Tip) Batter ko 5-10 mins ke liye rest karne dein, is se pancakes zyada delicate bante hain.
Heat the Pan: Non-stick skillet ko medium heat par garam karein aur halka sa butter lagaein.
Pour & Swirl: Aik chota cup batter pan ke darmiyan mein dalein aur foran pan ko rotate karein taake batter ki aik patli layer poore base par phail jaye.
Flip: Jab edges golden hone lagein aur surface par bubbles nazar aayein (takreeban 1-2 mins), to spatula se flip karein.
Finish: Dusri side ko sirf 20-30 seconds ke liye pakaein.
Serve: Roll karein ya fold karke lingonberry jam aur fresh whipped cream ke sath garma-garam serve karein.
