Method
- Chop the Ham: Put cubed ham in a food processor and pulse 5–7 times until finely minced (or chop very finely by hand).
- Mix Veggies: Put the ham in a bowl and stir in the celery, relish, and onion.
- Make Dressing: In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise, mustard, lemon juice, and black pepper together.
- Combine: Pour the mayo mixture over the ham mixture and stir well until fully coated.
- Chill & Serve: Sprinkle with paprika. Cover and chill in the fridge for 30 minutes before serving on bread or crackers.
