Chill (Optional but recommended): Chill the dough in the fridge for 2 hours to prevent flat cookies.
Bake: Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto sheets. Bake for 9 to 11 minutes until the edges are golden brown.
Cool: Let them sit on the baking sheet for 2 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
