Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound Macaroni noodles
  • 2 cups Leftover barbecue pulled pork warmed
  • 4 tablespoons Butter
  • 4 tablespoons All-purpose flour
  • 3 cups Whole milk
  • 3 cups Sharp cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1/2 cup Breadcrumbs for topping

Method
 

  1. Boil one pound of macaroni noodles according to the package directions, then drain.
  2. In a large pot, melt four tablespoons of butter, whisk in four tablespoons of flour, and gradually add three cups of whole milk to create a roux.
  3. Stir in three cups of shredded sharp cheddar cheese until melted and smooth.
  4. Fold the cooked pasta and two cups of pulled pork into the cheese sauce.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
  6. Top with breadcrumbs and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20 minutes until golden and bubbling.
